Is this a real flight ticket?
No. It is a real flight reservation: a booking record created with the airline that has its own booking reference (PNR). It is held for a limited time and has not been paid for or issued as a ticket, so you cannot fly with it.
Can I verify the reservation?
Yes. Open the airline's own website, go to "Manage booking", and enter the booking reference and the passenger's family name from your PDF. You will see the same flights and passenger names.
How long does the reservation last?
It depends on the airline and the fare. Before you pay, each option shows how long the airline will hold it (usually one to three days). The exact deadline is printed on your PDF and on your reservation page. After that the airline cancels it automatically.
Will the embassy or consulate accept it?
It depends on the country and sometimes on the type of visa. Many authorities accept a flight reservation; some require a paid ticket. Please check the instructions of the embassy or visa centre you are applying to before you order. BookToursTicket cannot guarantee acceptance or visa approval.
How fast do I get it?
Usually within a few minutes of paying. Your PDF is emailed to you and is also available on your private reservation page.
What if you cannot create the reservation?
Then your payment is refunded automatically in full. This can happen if the airline changes availability between your search and your payment.
I made a mistake in a name or date. What now?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the reservation is still active we will correct it once at no charge, where the airline allows it. Otherwise you will need a new order. Please enter names exactly as shown on the passport.
Do you need my passport number or card details?
No passport number is collected. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page; we never see or store them.
Can I book for children or infants?
Online booking currently supports passengers aged 12 and over. For younger travellers please contact us and we will help.
Do you also book hotels or tours?
Not at the moment. This service only provides temporary flight reservations.
Can I use the reservation to travel?
No. It is not a paid or issued ticket. If you want to travel, you must buy the ticket from the airline before the reservation expires.
